Private furnished rooms are available now in a shared home in Santa Monica 90405, near Santa Monica College.

The rooms are offered to women in this shared-living arrangement. Manager Robert, the on-site property manager, lives at the property and shares the kitchen and common areas.

There is no fee for an inquiry, phone pre-screening, Zoom conversation, or tour. Written screening criteria and the exact screening fee will be provided before any fee is charged. For the applicant who is approved and completes the rental agreement, the screening cost will be credited toward the first month's rent.
