• Rent: $1,250/week or $4,250/month + $100 cleaning fee

• Security deposit required (returned after move-out, less any damages)

• Utilities, Wi-Fi, and streaming services included with reasonable usage

• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults

• No smoking or vaping

• No parties or events

• No pets

• Quiet, respectful tenants only

• Government-issued ID and proof of ability to pay rent required before booking

• References preferred for longer stays
