I am looking for a new roommate for my stunning Santa Monica Townhouse walkable to the beach. It’s one of the most beautiful homes I’ve lived in, anyone who visits loves it!! It comes with 2 parking spot and lots of storage and is walkable to Montana Ave & just 20 minutes by bike to Venice. I am a young professional, working hard & passionate (2-3 days per week from the office) and very excited to live with someone likeminded. I am very clean, easy-going, reliable, well organized. I love traveling, most of the time for my hobbies such as sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or skiing.
