The room is large and full of natural light, with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment has a bright living/dining area, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, shared parking, easy street parking with permits, and laundry in the building.
The location is amazing! walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Montana Ave, great coffee shops, restaurants, Pilates and yoga studios, and just a short trip to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super walkable.

About me: I work in interior design, keep the apartment clean, and am looking for someone who's tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I love hiking, beach days, Pilates, ceramics, flea markets, painting, reading, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. I'm social but also appreciate having our own space.
Unfortunately I can't live with cats due to allergies, but I'm open to a well-behaved dog.
