I’m looking to fill the second bedroom in my Santa Monica apartment starting July 1st!

The building is extremely secure and includes:
• Pool
• Gated non-tandem parking
• Shared laundry (in-building + very well maintained)

The location is hard to beat:
• 5 blocks from the beach
• 7 min walk to the Promenade
• 13 min walk to Montana Ave

The unit I'm in is a 2 bed / 1 bath, but I have a sink/vanity in my room, so the main bathroom vanity would be all yours.

• Utilities are electricity + WiFi, around ~$55/month per person.

A little about me! I’m 26, from North Carolina, and I’ve been living in LA for 4 years. I work fully remote in TV advertising. On weekends I’m usually at the beach, playing tennis, going to concerts, or hanging with friends.

As a roommate, I’m super clean, communicative, and easygoing. I’d love to find someone in their mid-to-late twenties who’s easy to live with and ideally wants to be friends with their roommate too!
