Private Room and Bath in Santa Monica Townhouse

I'm looking to rent out my guest room in my spacious Santa Monica townhouse starting June 15 to end of September (dates cans be flexible for the right person).

The room comes furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, and dresser along with a good size closet. You have your own private bathroom in the hallway with a tub.

The townhouse itself is a 3bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment. The downstairs is very spacious with a kitchen, dining, living room, and half-bath.

All bedrooms are upstairs.

I live in the primary with my own bathroom and I use the 3rd bedroom as my office. I work from home 2 - 3days a week.

There is street permit parking.

Laundry is shared in the basement.

Sadly, no pets.

Location is terrific and extremely walkable, only 7 blocks from the promenade! Tons of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants are near by. I practically never drive my car on the weekends.

I'm very laid back and easy going. I'm a 40 year old female working professional and love to play beach volleyball and get dinner with friends. I have a pretty active social life, but do work from home a few days a week. If I'm not out and about I love a low key night watching Bravo on the couch!

Rental requirements

Looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and clean.

No smoking inside or drug use.

No pets.

Total rent including utilities, cable, internet, and cleaning lady is $1995.

Person would need to sign a roommate agreement and put down $1995 security deposit.

Need copy of drivers license for a background check.
