Furnished Private Bedroom and Bath For Rent

Light and bright furnished private room with en suite private bathroom, built-ins within closet space, and access to balcony/patio. Room is fully furnished with linens and is on the opposite end of the apartment from the other bedrooms, so very private--almost like a mini studio. Shared access to kitchen and the other person who lives there is very friendly and always open to making you coffee in the morning, if desired. One person lives in the apartment, and she is very tidy and quiet. Amenities for the apartment include TV, wifi, hardwood floors, and parking pass, if needed. Building has laundry in the basement and an elevator. Building is no pets and no smoking. Deposit required (refundable if no damage to room or furnishings upon move out)! Looking for someone wanting to stay 3-4 months ideally, though am open to other time frames.
