Looking for someone with good energy to sublet a spacious bedroom in my cozy Santa Monica apartment. It is a 2 bed-2 bath unit in the Wilshire-Montana area, within a mile from the beach! The apartment is furnished and has a relaxed, homey vibe. The available room is currently available and already has a bed, desk, and dresser. Everything in the image can come as is or I can remove something if you’re bringing your own stuff.

The bathroom is detached from the bedroom but not shared between the tenants.

The building has classic charm, and the neighbors/neighborhood are just wonderful. I’m flexible on the rental term—ideally looking for someone to fill the room for 2 to 4 months and can switch to month-to-month after that.
