Bedroom for rent in 3br apartment Santa Monica

My roommate, James and I are looking for someone (male or female) to take over 1 of the bedrooms in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Santa Monica. The room will be unfurnished, it has 2 closets and you will share a bathroom with James. The bathroom has a separate stand-up shower so you won’t be sharing a shower. The living room and kitchen will be shared common areas. The place is a little out of date, could use some updating, but not run-down. James and I don’t usually utilize the living room but you will be more than welcomed to. Our apartment comes with 1 parking spot in the driveway that we use on a first-come first-serve basis. Utilities (internet, light, gas) is split between the 3 of us every month - which usually comes out to about $80-90 + rent.

About the location: We are located about 5-10 min drive from the pier/beach. 5 min drive to 3rd street promenade, and many restaurants in the area. You will need to get a parking permit once you move in (about $35/yr) finding street parking is fairly easy.

About the current tenants: We are both professionals, in our early 30’s. We are friendly and talk but we pretty much live our own lives. I’m usually busy with work during the day and online classes in the evening. We’re not loud or party every weekend. We both have our group of friends that we go and meet up with from time to time.
