Looking for a female to take my spot in this townhouse/apartment on July 1st! You would have a large bedroom with a big closet and I am willing to leave my dresser, desk, and even bed frame and mattress. You will share a bathroom with the female housemate but you each have your own shower. The rest of the house is shared amongst you and your housemates (you each have your own bedrooms). The kitchen has a gas stove, large pantry, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the garage for laundry! Two parking spots in the driveway and two parking passes for the street. There is a tv and fireplace in the living room and a dining table by the kitchen. It is great being across the street from a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods! Also quick and easy drive to the beach. Great place for students and an easy drive to UCLA!
