Roomate Wanted

Hey all! My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking to fill his spot - males only. Two bedroom apartment located in Prime spot 6 blocks from beach in Santa Monica - 2 minute walk to Wilshire Blvd for close access to all the stores and restaurants. 3rd street promenade 7 minute walk away. Apartment has its own balcony, pool, rooftop, and is on top floor. Super quiet as well - you’d have your own bathroom and massive walk-in closets. Potential for garage parking spot - but TBD, definitely will have street parking with permit though. Place is already fully furnished - you’d just need to furnish the bedroom (that being said there is already a bed frame and mattress in there you can use, as well as a desk). About me - I’m a 30 year old who works in film production - I'm clean, respectful, enjoy working out and also like to go out / be social- so ideally someone who wouldn’t mind people coming over every now and again/likes to meet new people. I also have a cat who is super sweet so being cat-friendly would be nice. $2000 a month available March 1st but also move-in date negotiable.
