-Room is empty but can be fully furnished with bedding, curtains, etc.

Great for people who are just arriving in town. Four people total occupancy in the 3 BR unit.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Our current renter (of soon to be, available room) is a law student at UCLA who is returning to England. The other room is occupied by a 26 year old male working as a business development executive with a start up out of NY. We are all very respectful, busy, outgoing, independent and friendly.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Santa Monica is a great place to live in Los Angeles, often 10 to 30 degrees cooler at the beach.

THE LOCAL COMMUNITY:
Ocean Park, a small neighborhood in Santa Monica, is rarely hot (ocean breeze), has good air quality and offers great access to the outdoors: surfing/beach/volleyball/yoga, 18 mile bike path, farmers markets and great food and street scene.

Ocean Park is the only part of Santa Monica where you can walk to the beach (4 short blocks away) without crossing a highway.

- The street is busy and has an urban feel while the neighborhood is residential.
- 3 Big Blue Bus Lines(#1,8,18) directly to UCLA within 5-minute walk.
