-Room is empty but can be fully furnished with bedding, linens, curtains, etc.
-Built in bookshelves, work desk.
-Washer/dryer in apartment.
-Storage in attic.
-Just move in.

-Great for people who are just arriving in town and anyone who wants a totally complete living environment.
-Four people total occupancy in the 3 BR unit.
-Avoid all the expense of moving into an empty .apartment. No pets.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Our current housemate is 32, from Barcelona, a USC research and a bicyclist/surfer active/socially intelligent man in his free time. (Our currant housemate is 28 and moving to NY for a job opportunity) We are all very respectful, busy, outgoing, independent and friendly. They are interesting to know. So are we.

My husband and I have travel and have lived internationally. We have been wonderfully received in the places we have stayed. We try to do the same here.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Santa Monica is a great place to live in Los Angeles, often 10 to 30 degrees cooler at the beach.

THE LOCAL COMMUNITY:
Ocean Park, a small neighborhood in Santa Monica, is rarely hot (ocean breeze), has good air quality and offers great access to the outdoors: surfing/beach/volleyball/yoga, 18 mile bike path, farmers markets and great food and street scene.

Ocean Park is the only part of Santa Monica where you can walk to the beach (4 short blocks away) without crossing a highway.

- The street is busy and has an urban feel while the neighborhood is residential.
- 3 Big Blue Bus Lines(#1,8,18) directly to UCLA within 5-minute walk.
- Expo train to USC and Downtown LA in 46 minutes.
- 3 Farmers Markets weekly.
- 3 local parks.
- 1/2 mile to the famous Santa Monica Pier, 10 freeway and Expo train to downtown.
- 3 blocks from Santa Monica's chic Main Street with many coffeehouses and lots of good food.
