Looking for Female Roommate in Santa Monica

My name is Siobhan and I'm a 23 year old student at SMC, looking for a clean and considerate girl to take over my roommate's part of the lease. Her move-out date is undetermined at the moment, so your move in date is flexible. It is a 2 bed 1 bath on 12th Street with Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and more close by. Parking is included in the rent which is $1300 each. Pets are allowed with a deposit, and the wifi is in my name, so you'd take over the gas bill, and we'd split the cost of both. About me: I'm a graphic design major and also dabble in guitar and music, but am always respectful about the time I do it. I consider myself to be a clean, considerate and responsible roommate and want the same. I am looking for someone who shares my habits and also has a dependable source of income, such as a job or parent support. Co-signers are allowed on the lease.
