As a condo owner in Santa Monica I'm looking to rent out an extra bedroom to a roommate starting on Dec 1st, 2024. The condo is spacious, in an excellent location and 5 minutes driving distance from the beach and includes a parking space for this roommate. There's also excellent restaurants like Erewhon, Trader Joe's, CVS, Starbucks and Whole Foods right nearby. The total condo is 3br, 3bath and in an excellent location. I work in technology and am looking for someone quiet, respectful, and professional who wants to be in the heart of Santa Monica and close to lots of great shops and restaurants. You will also have access to the living room and kitchen of course, a patio and possibly a balcony.
