Big apartment with lots of light and fresh breeze. In the heart of Santa Monica and almost everything is walkable even the beach!

I have lived in this space for several years and love it. Sad to see the roommate relocate and looking for another person.
One person works from home 20% of the time and the other is out of the house M-F working 8 to 5pm. We are very respectful and tend to be more on the quiet side at home. Happy to hangout if that is the vibe but also know people like their alone time.

The apartment is very spacious and has a patio, full kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, dining area, high speed internet and washer and dryer in unit.

3rd Street Promenade is a 10 minute walk and the main area. It's a great neighborhood for walking or taking a bike ride to look at beautiful scenery.

$1350 deposit. Looking for longer term but open to discussion. Move in date may be flexible.
