Hi! We have a bedroom avail on March 4 in our 2 Bedroom 2 bath apartment in Santa Monica. Great location for SMC students (a block away from campus) and a long walk from the beach! The apartment is in the neighborhood of Sunset Park, lots of nice houses full of families. Very safe and half a mile from a police precinct. Far enough off of Pico to be relatively quiet. We are a couple in the entertainment industry. We're pretty laid back but like to keep the common spaces tidy. We try to live by the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would want them to treat you. Utilities are shared (electric/gas/internet). There is a laundry room in the building. There is a gated carport area for parking. Also, we have a cat and a dog, so hopefully you like animals. Okay to talk about another pet, but it will require a pet deposit and a conversation. Happy to have a chat on the phone to get to know each other and answer any questions.
