Large Master Bedroom in Front Unit (Santa Monica)

The available accommodation is a housemate share situation in a three-bedroom front unit of a two-story apartment in a great Santa Monica location located between Brentwood and the beach.

You will be sharing the space with two other adults: one is a stay-at-home elderly lady with dementia, and we prefer someone who will be kind and cordial with her. The other housemate is a senior man in his late 60s.

The private master bedroom is large and comes with a private bathroom and a spacious closet. The room is located on the second floor and features a high ceiling with a large west-facing window. Room dimensions are approximately 14.5 feet by 13.5 feet (about 200 square feet), with a 12-foot long closet and a sloped ceiling that peaks at 12 feet.

The room is unfurnished, but a queen-size platform bed frame is available.

You will share a small kitchen and utilities are included, along with high-speed internet.

We prefer a senior male as a housemate, but we have also successfully accommodated SMC/UCLA students as well as UCLA Medical staff.

There is a small laundry room on the premises.
Per landlord restrictions, the room is designated for one person only, so sorry, no couples.

It’s street parking but there is room in the garage for a bike.
