Room for rent in a quiet home!

A little about the home- 4 bedroom house. Home is literally down the street from 5 and 605 freeway entrance and conveniently located close to Santa Fe Springs, Pico Rivera, Downey, and Whittier. Three males and one female currently live at the home. Ages range from 32-40. Looking for someone who is easy going, responsible, a working professional, student, or military. There is a very relaxed vibe at the house. Everyone gets along great, and looking for someone who will be compatible with other roommates. Room is for one person only and will share a hallway bathroom with two other males. No pets. Male preferred.

Rent will be $900 paid at the beginning of the month. Utilities are included in the rent. The landlord will cover the first $200 of electric bill and roommates split the rest. $900 deposit. Clearance of a background and credit check required before moving in which will cost around $40. Room will be ready to move into on March 1st.

You will have access to all common areas (kitchen, living room, garage, pool). There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
