Located in the beautiful Santa Clarita mountains, minutes from hiking and cycling paths, horse training facilities, plus a short drive from restaurants, shops, hospital and every other convenience the Santa Clarita Valley has to offer.

This space is absolutely PERFECT for traveling nurses or professionals.

This gigantic 21' x 11' Studio-style rental features a Queen sized bed with 6 storage drawers built right into the unit, a closet, a comfortable couch, flat-screen tv with storage, small dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette unit with coffee machine and microwave, a small refrigerator, a ceiling fan and a fun movie theme to the entire space. Everything you need to move right in and feel like you have your own SPACE, not just your own bed. PLUS, all utilities are included in the rent, including wi-fi and access to several television packages including Disney+, Prime Video, Peacock TV and more. Central air and heat are controlled by the landlords but they like it cold in the summer and warm in the winter.

Landlords consist of Dad, Mom and 9 year old son. Everyone is quiet and easy to hang with. Dad works from home so is around a lot, but is usually locked up in his private office working away the day. NO pets allowed.

Besides your spacious studio rental, the gigantic house also features other amenities that make this your home as well. ..

With 20 miles of gorgeous views, the backyard is perched atop the Santa Clarita Mountains in Pacific Hills. The pool is a lagoon style retreat with slide and built-in swimming machine, making lap swimming available. A two person jacuzzi makes relaxation a breeze. Jacuzzi is insulated and kept at 101 degrees year round. A large grill is also available for grillin' out the perfect meal.

Inside, a legitimate gym allows for free daily workouts.. no membership fees here. The gym features a treadmill, elliptical machine, rowing machine, dumbbells and a Life Fitness G5 Cable Motion Machine. There is also a 50" tv and bluetooth speakers, allowing for the perfect workout entertainment.

The shared bathroom is just off the gym. It features a tub-style shower to be used only by the renter...the toilet is shared as it is the only downstairs bathroom.

The kitchen is large and spacious and is available for use, although having your own microwave and coffee machine in your studio suite makes having a private morning coffee a breeze. In addition to your small refrigerator, the kitchen and garage refrigerators are available for use. All other normal small appliances are also available for use.

The living room features a large 55" tv and the movie room features an even larger 75" tv.

Street parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No driveway parking is available. No other storage is available other than in the rental unit itself.
