Roomate/Sublease- 1bed/bath private

Hi! I am looking for someone to currently join my lease April 22nd. My current lease ends on the 22nd of April and i want to add a roomate to the lease. Descriptions: Private bedroom and closet and private bathroom, shared garage, shared kitchen, shared living room and dining room. In unit laundry and washer.
Located in Santa Clarita Canyon Country.
All appliances are included as well and you are welcome to use anything that is provided.
A bit about me and my day to day work schedule. M-F I work from 7am - 4pm and I come home for an hour and get ready and go to the gym and I get back home at 7-8pm and make dinner and head to bed at 10pm. On the weekend I wake up at around 10-11am and make breakfast and get ready for the gym and then i go grocery shopping and same thing on Sunday except im home at around 6-7pm and im meal prepping for my work lunch and also making dinner. So im in the kitchen for about and hour or so on Sundays. The furnishings in the pictures are not what it currently looks lile but the floor plan is the same. The living room had high vaulted ceilings as well so it definitely makes it look very spacious. You are welcome to bring in your own furnishings as well.
The rent will be split 50/50 between you and I and as well as gas and electricity bill.
The management will probably run a background check and credit check as well but they're only looking for previous evictions or bankruptcy. I am also looking for a long term rommate if possible
