Hi, I am looking for someone who can rent my room in my parent's house. female preferred. Fully furnished.
Shared bathroom with possibly 2 other female renters(as of now, only one renter), shared living room and other common places in the house. My parents live there plus one renter possibly 2 (if the other room gets rented) total 4 people currently in the house. The only private place is your bedroom. My parents have their own masters with bathroom so basically you are only sharing with 1-2 other working professionals that are usually not home in the day. It comes with a clothing rack, big dresser, shelving and hanging open closet unit, vanity table and chair. Full of storage!! Room comes with TV and roku remote. WIFI, water, use of laundry room, electricity included in monthly rent. Parking space available. House is located in a very safe gated community and friendly neighborhood.
We have live feed cameras on 1st floor only to check on our dog and make sure our tenants are secure. Absolutely No cameras on 2nd floor where the rooms are. You have access to community amenities (ex. Pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, playground, lake, picnic area, etc) No pets allowed please. We already have one very friendly family dog inside the house. You must be okay with dogs and not be allergic to them. Single renters only, no couple or 2 individuals allowed in one room. Must be clean and respectful to other renters. Must be responsible in paying rent on time. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR THE SAFETY OF CURRENT TENANT AND OTHER PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOUSE. Main Front door is keyless, code to unlock is provided and changed every 3 months for safety.
