Hey my name's Chase, I'm 29 and am looking to rent out one room out of two available options. The master bedroom is ~400 sq. ft., has its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and is available for $1800. The other option is the first guest bedroom which has a shared bathroom and is available for $1500. Utilities, 1GB Spectrum internet, and one parking space in the attached 2-car garage are included. Currently, I live in the master and another male in his 30s rents the second guest bedroom. We both keep the place tidy and spend a fair amount of time out of the house, mostly due to work and school. $2000 refundable security deposit required, pets considered, no minimum or maximum term

The home is located in the Canterbury community of Tesoro Del Valle, which is within 10 minutes of the 5 freeway, COC, Cal Arts, Westfield Town Center Mall, Henry Mayo Hospital, and many other stores and restaurants. It has a fireplace, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, recessed lighting, in-unit laundry with a brand new top of the line GE washer and dryer, private backyard with a grass area and fire pit, only one neighbor to the right, and tons of guest parking 10 feet from the front door. You'll also get a key to the recreation center and clubhouse which has a fitness center, nature pond, hiking trails, multiple pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball hoops, kids park, soccer field, and baseball field
