Gated Community decorated bedroom and bathroom

Our home is located in the Aliento gated private community with hiking trails, a 5-star homeowners pool, a gym and a barbecue. This is a decorated room TV, new bedding and towels small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The guest suite is on the lower floor with its own bathroom by the front door. The families bedrooms are upstairs. The homeowners ( male and older mother ) lives at the house and is off from work Tuesdays and Wednesday. On those two days his children stay the night and sometimes on Saturday night. There is a washer and drier the guest can use .. We would prefer a long term tenant however, will do a month to month. We are close to the hospitals, shopping, restaurants, freeways. 45 mins no traffic to Hollywood. 15 mins to Valencia shopping. Horseback riding and bowls in area. We are renting the room and bathroom and not the house. This is not a room mate situation or a shared home.
We would prefer a tenant who works away from home and has a car. We are proffessional working family and ask that you would respect our privacy.
