The house is equipped with Arlo cameras in common areas such as the front porch, kitchen upstairs hallway, garage, and backyard. The house was built in 2019, with a stunning panoramic view of the valley below. Courtesy access to kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. No couple, no kids, and no pets of any kind.

The rent includes utilities - water, gas, electricity, wifi, and trash.
Strictly no smoking, no recreational drug use, or heavy alcohol drinking. No overnight guest(s) without prior notification. No partying, sleep-over, etc.,

Must participate in common area cleaning, or pay $50/month for getting someone to clean on your behalf.

Must pass a background check.
