Share Ocean View Beach Home

PRIME BEACH LOCATION! Single Busy Professional looking to share 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. I'm going to be gone 50-60% of the time for the next several months. Looking for (roommate) someone professional, responsible, clean that likes dogs (I have 1 small friendly dog that travels with me so will only be there when I'm there). The home is fully furnished and does include parking (either garage or the guest street parking depending on the size of car). It is a 3 story tall and skinny and the guest rooms are all on the 2nd floor with the guest full bath. The guest bedroom is furnished however if you prefer your own things the furniture can be removed. The other guest room is set up as an office / spare closet that you can also use as I rarely do. The 3rd level is the living area & has a full on ocean view / Balcony. inside laundry, full access to home (other than my bedroom (its on the 1st floor)). Washer & Dryer inside. I'm very easy going looking for the same. The home is decorated nicely. Will send more photos to legit interested parties. Looking for the right fit.
