Looking for a Roommate ~ San Pedro

Looking for a female professional roommate beginning July 1st in San Pedro. 2 bed 2 bath house. Roommate would have a large unfurnished bedroom and closet, private full bathroom, and access to all the Furnished shared spaces including kitchen and livingroom. The house features a large fenced in porch and a driveway in the back to park 1 car for the new roommate.

I am a 32yo female professional, I do have one small dog and he is very friendly. No additional pets will be allowed at this time. My previous roommate is moving unexpectedly. Looking to rent a room for a short term 3-6 months to give me time to figure out my next move. Hoping to find someone kind, low key, that appreciates a calm house and privacy. I’m open to a new friend but also fine with keeping to ourselves too.
