You’ll have a medium-sized private room that comes with your own, large bathroom, all located on your side of the unit separated by a bright and spacious living area, so plenty of privacy (and light!). You’ll love the stunning gem-like view especially at night and the peace of mind thanks to 24/7 security and maintenance clew onsite.

This is a sublet (I am the leaseholder) and the management office will need you to go through their application process to be added to my lease at a nominal, nonrefundable fee (background check included) but I remain responsible for the lease (meaning you’d be free to move in and out according to our agreement or take over the lease if I decide not to renew).

For share: Fully furnished living room, modern kitchen and bar counter with tall chairs, aerial balcony. I will also cover the utilities up to $400/mo in total.

Parking: Not included but plenty of street parking spots. Optional onsite parking available through the management office for $70–$100/month.

Amenities: In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, high-speed Aerwave internet, full fitness gym and studio, pool & spa with lounge chairs and cabanas, rooftop lounge with BBQ, reception/lobby lounge, business center, optional storage rooms.

House Rules: Any type of smoke, smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises, no loud music or strong scent, no overnight guests (as a general rule), no pet.
