Private Room Female Only!

Females only please!! Hey everyone! My fiancé and I are looking to rent out a bedroom in our new home! We just purchased a three story town home in the Palos Verdes / San Pedro area! The first level is the bedroom we are renting out plus the garage and front door! It is a gated community with a pool and amenity center. The room has its own bathroom and closet! We will allow kitchen access for cooking your food but we request that our renter keeps a mini fridge in the garage to store perishables as we would prefer to keep our fridge to ourselves! When it comes to the washer and dryer we are both nurses who work opposite shifts so our clothes are constantly in there. So unfortunately no washer or dryer access. But they do have portable ones on Amazon that you can keep in your bathroom and work like a charm!! Must be good with pets as we do have a very friendly dog and cat. Although we will be keeping them separate from your space with a gate at the top of the stairs! They are both hypoallergenic so allergy prone people no problem here! We’re looking for someone with chill and fun vibes! A little bit about us is we are both nurses and we are huge nerds! If you love Star Wars or K-Pop that’s a huge plus because we are all for it! 🤭 We love hanging at the beach and going on hikes! We both love video games such as Fortnite, FIFA, and Overwatch!
