I also take pride in carefully selecting tenants not just based on availability, but on compatibility and shared values. My priority is creating a peaceful, positive living space, not just filling a room.

Room condition: Furnished with a desk, a twin bed, a bookshelf, a closet, and lots of natural sunlight.
Private room and shared bathroom. $980/month, including WiFi and utility.

Lease period: minimum 4 months, after that it’s month to month.
To reserve the room, the first and last month's rent is required.
Security/damage deposit (due upon move-in): $300 and will be returned when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.
