My family and I currently reside in this house, and we are offering a room for rent to students or professionals. The property is located in N. San Gabriel, with neighboring areas including Pasadena, Arcadia, Temple City, Alhambra, San Gabriel, and San Marino.

5 min drive to 10 and 210 freeway. 10 min to PCC (Pasadena City College), 15 min to CalStateLA (California State University). walking distance to a supermarket and a bus stop.
Students and working professionals, females and males are both welcome. No pets, no couples.

Room condition: Furnished with a desk, a twin bed, a bookshelf, a closet, and lots of natural sunlight.
Private room and shared bathroom. $950/month, including WiFi and utility.
Available on June 1st, 2025

Lease period: minimum 4 months, after that it’s month to month.
To reserve the room, the first and last month's rent is required.
Security/damage deposit (due upon move-in): $300 and will be returned when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.
