In San Gabriel, just south of Pasadena and the 210 freeway, and just north of the 10. This is a good area -- we're in the cool Mission district. Good shopping, eating, and bars. Plus it's pretty convenient to DTLA too.

ABOUT WHO LIVES HERE:
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place. There are 2 people living here -- a guy and a girl. The guy works from home (in a home office ). The girl works outside the home.

So you will share the larger bathroom with the girl in the house. But KEEP READING! This is an ideal setup for a shared bathroom situation: The girl works the late shift from 4pm-midnight (in film industry support). So that means you'll be on a different schedule from her -- so you won't compete for bathroom time etc.

Oh, and for that reason, we are looking for a FEMALE for this room!

WHAT ELSE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You should be friendly, fairly neat and in late 20's to late 30's age range. No dogs, no couples and no super weirdos (besides that we're pretty flexible.) No cigarette smoking inside.
