As the on-site landlady, I personally maintain the house to ensure it's always clean, cozy, and well cared for. I also take pride in carefully selecting tenants not just based on availability, but on compatibility and shared values. My priority is creating a peaceful, positive living space, not just filling a room.

A room in our back house is now available for rent. If you appreciate a home filled with kind people, mutual respect, and good energy, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Room Details:
- Room condition: Furnished with a desk, twin bed, closet, and plenty of natural light.
- Private room and shared bathroom: $1180.
- Rent includes access to the laundry room, WiFi, and utilities.
- Available starting April 26, 2026 (possibly earlier).

Lease Terms:
- Minimum lease period: 4 months, after which it becomes month-to-month.
- To reserve a room, the first and last month's rent is required.
- Security/damage deposit: $300 (due upon move-in), refundable when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.
