A single-family house with a private room in a roommate-friendly household where everyone is respectful, easygoing, and keeps shared spaces clean. It’s a comfortable place where my current tenants feel so safe and at ease that they don’t even lock their rooms.

I live on-site in the front house and am very responsive, so if anything comes up, it gets handled quickly.

I don’t rush into filling a room—I take my time to find the right fit. Having the right people really does make all the difference. My goal isn’t just to rent the space, but to keep the home feeling comfortable, respectful, and safe for everyone. I want this to be a place you can truly call home.

Housekeeping for the common areas is included, so the home stays clean without everyone stressing about it.

• Walking distance to a small neighborhood market and a bus stop
• 3 minutes drive to Trader Joe’s

Room Details:
- Room condition: Furnished with a desk, XL twin bed, closet, and plenty of natural light.
- Private room and shared bathroom: $980.
- Rent includes WiFi and utilities. Laundry on site.
- Available starting April 26, 2026 (possibly earlier).

Lease Terms:
- Minimum lease period: 4 months, after which it becomes month-to-month.
- To reserve a room, the first and last month's rent is required.
- Security/damage deposit: $300 (due upon move-in), refundable when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.
