We have one private bedroom available in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. You’ll share a bathroom with one other person. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, furnished living room, access to the laundry facilities, and a pool.

Rent: $600/month.
Utilities: ~$100/month (varies by season).
Total Move In Cost: $1,200 (First Month’s Rent + $600 Security Deposit).
Lease: You’ll need to be approved by the apartment manager to be added to the month to month lease.

About Us
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two guys in our early 30s. We’ve lived in this place for several years and are looking to replace our old roommate who moved out. One of us works from home and the other works off-site. We are generally pretty chill and keep to ourselves, usually hanging out in our own rooms when we are home. We don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful and fits the same energy as us.
