There is one furnished private room available with access to sweeping mountain views in the backyard is located in a house in Rosemead, CA. This room comes with a Queen size bed, split AC / heater system and partially sound proofed. Shared full bathroom, gas range and washer onsite. All utilities are included. Free parking on site.

The house is located at the end of the cul-de-sac with tranquility while still close to everything.

One month deposit and month to month lease. Clean background, good credits and proof of income. No pets please. If you are serious please send a message with some information about yourself.
