I have 1 bedroom for rent in a house located in Rosemead. The room has its own bathroom, utilities included and broadband, located upstairs. Rent is additional $50 for the mind of May-September due to higher utilities during summertime.
Parking is free , there is parking space, and free parking on street except Mondays. Additional charge for usage of EV charger.
Room is furnished, full size bed, and dresser, tv.
Looking for female roommate , non-smoker, responsible, and considerate of others. Room is single occupancy only.

Must adhere to following rules:
No overnight guest.
No party allowed.
No pets allowed.
No wearing shoes inside the house allowed.
No smoking, vaping, marijuana and drugs allowed.
Light use of kitchen/cooking only.
There is a dedicated fridge, pantry cabinet, microwave, mini oven upstairs.

You'll be living with single female Asian, and her mom(works full-time)
