Room 2: Some Furnishing

We have two rooms for rent in a cozy gated community. Facilities come with 3 pools. The room comes with one optional parking spot for each room, with the option to upgrade to one garage space if willing to pay extra. Utilities included with reason (electricity, water, and wi-fi). We're a 10 minute bike ride from CSUN and close to many restaurants and grocery markets. Laundry is in garage.

$1,200.00 per room (furnished)
$1,100.00 per room (unfurnished)
Subtract $100 if parking isn't need (from either furnished or not furnished)
Extra $100 if garage parking is desired (only one for grabs)
$1,980.00 if taking both rooms (ideal for work from home professionals who want their own home office separate from their room. will include parking and furniture pictured above).

We are both working professionals who largely work from home. MUST BE OKAY WITH CATS. We have five cats and one foster. Only accepting roomers who love cats and all their antics. Ideal candidate is one who is quiet, clean, and respectful. We do not drink or smoke and would prefer the same from our guest (minus the occasional drink). I love to cook different types of food so must be okay with different types of food smells :)

ASOLUTELY
No overnight guests
No other pets (we're at max capacity)
No smoking
No mess (clean up after yourself!!!)

Must help with weekly trash removal for trash pickup on Sundays.
Space in fridge can be made if needed (we have second largely empty fridge in the garage) and kitchen can be used as long as you clean up RIGHT AWAY (no dirty dishes in the sink and items left out).

Will ask for a zoom call first before showing the unit. Require first and last month up front (the deposit is for last month and will match the pricing of which type of room you want.
