Two rooms available - one furnished

Fully furnished room and one unfurnished room available. These rooms will share a bathroom with full sized tub (recently reglazed).

Furnished room has:

•Premium window treatments including blackout curtains

Unfurnished room:
can comfortably fit a full sized bed - queen would make it a less roomy but can be doable - but the room has a good sized closet and overhead cabinets for storage.

BOTH rooms includes the following utilities:
Wifi
Gas
Electric
Water
Trash

Property also has orange, lemon, & loquat trees! Back yard has space for veggie gardening if that is your thing.

Kitchen will have pantry & fridge space for your groceries - we have plenty of cookware and dishes and kitchen gadgets for use. (Stove and oven are gas)

WHO WE ARE:

We are a mellow but creative & playful couple - originally met in the film industry (so we do enjoy watching movies or having them in the background as familiar noise) - Now working in the ren faire community and from home - there is always a creative project going on whether it is soap making, costume design, bread baking, mead making, or whatever - our home is where it all happens! We do have one remaining doggo at the present - small hairless crestie mix and a few tank critters

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are hoping to find someone who thrives in a creative space and likes to laugh and contribute to the silliness and vibe of the house. Sense of humor is big for us.
While we cannot accommodate additional dogs or cats, we are a-ok with anything in a tank or cage. We do value the safety and security of the home front so we want someone who feels the same.

While we are looking at a minimum of 6 months, we are flexible and the best way to do things is on a case by case basis.
