Unfurnished room available:
can comfortably fit a full sized bed - queen would make it a bit less roomy but can be doable - the room has a good sized closet and overhead cabinets for storage, ceiling fan (on top of central a/c), hardwood floors, some furnishings can be arranged if need be. Street parking

includes utilities (wifi, gas, electric, water, & trash) as well as pantry space in the kitchen you can use

Property also has orange, lemon, & loquat trees! Back yard has space for gardening if that is your thing.

We do have one senior pocket dog as well as two tanks - one with a pair of whites tree frogs and the other with a pair of black emperor scorps (for show only, they do not get taken out ever). Not looking to have additional animals unless in a tank or cage

Looking for someone laid back with a good sense of humor who does well in a creative environment and enjoys a safe mellow home.

smoking policy is outdoors only (but you can vape inside). drinking is ok so long as it is not in excess. LGBTQ+ friendly
