The property is located by the LA river so there is a running and biking trail walking distance to us, we have a shopping center that is also walking distance that includes phones grocery stores the habit, Pizza Hut, Yogurtland, Ross, Motiva, Starbucks, and much more. A few minutes away from the 101 freeway. Schools nearby are Pierce community college and CSUN

Looking for someone who is responsible and considerate of others as we do live in a quiet neighborhood. Must be okay with background check per property manager, does not affect credit.
