LARGE Master Bedroom in 3BR/3Bath home for rent

Welcome to your next home! You’ll be enjoying a very large private master bedroom with high ceilings, private walk in closet, large modern shower, and bathroom right inside the bedroom with direct access to a large fenced in patio space with lots of sunlight.

Your room is the master bedroom and one of three in the home, the other rooms each have a housemate which are both responsible professionals each having their own separate, private rooms (one male one female) and bathrooms. The home is newly constructed, with central AC and heat, has a very large fenced in front yard in a safe neighborhood - bars, restaurants and shops in close walking distance, as well as easy access to the 101 less than 5min drive to Vons, CVS, Big 5 Sports etc., and really everything you need close by and easy street parking.

Very large furnished common space and two welcoming roommates. We are very kind and positive people looking for the same in potential housemates, there is a fully stocked shared kitchen space which is available to you for full use provided agreed upon standards of cleanliness and general cleaning upkeep. The living room has a large comfy couch and large flatscreen tv mounted on the wall loaded with several streaming services for all to use.

We’ve been at this property for over three years and really love it. Washer/drier on premises, as well as a dish washer, and nice new fridge (all new appliances etc.). Note: the entire house is furnished other than the master bedroom, which is the room for rent - the master bedroom will not be furnished although the photos show it furnished, to be very clear about this (if you do want the bedroom furnished we can do that for an increased cost). You can bring your own furnishings for that room but the rest of the house is furnished and will be as pictured and includes all everyday items like pots, pans, silverware, microwave, air fryer, instapot, kettle, toaster, dishes, spatulas and all the little things etc., which the new housemate(s) will be welcome to use.

We have two amazing dogs in the house already so ideally you won’t be bringing pets but it’s possible to make that work if they’re small as the master BR has access to the patio and dog run and small astroturf area which is separate from the front yard (inquire with me about this if so) ideally you’d be coming in with no animals as much as we love them!

One of the present housemates works in security and the other roommate is head bar tender both working at a high end private beach club on the west side. We are very friendly and respectful just looking for a solid couple or individual to take the master bedroom by April 1st (possibly sooner- if needed). Simple 6month lease agreement. We have an above ground pool in the front yard (presently closed) as well as a large back patio/deck with an outdoor couch a little stone fire pit/table. Everything you need, in a great neighborhood.
