I’m looking for one respectful, responsible female roommate. No couples, pets, or smoking allowed. This space is for one person only.

About the Apartment:
• 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit
• You’ll have a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom
• 1 Tandem garage parking space included
• Shared kitchen and furnished common areas
• *Room comes furnished with queen-size bed, TV, stand, chair, desk and lamp
• Secure, gated building with under 20 units
• Laundry room located directly across the hall

I’ve lived here for over 8 years. The building is quiet and well-maintained. I’m looking for someone clean, courteous, and committed to at least a 1-year lease. A 60-day written notice is required if you plan to move out.

Rent & Deposit:
• Monthly Rent: $1,500 (includes electricity, water, trash, sewer, gas, and high-speed internet)
• Security Deposit: $750 ($375 is nonrefundable; the remaining $375 may be refunded upon move-out if the room is left in good condition)
