Large 4 bed 4 bath rear unit townhouse only a 15min walk to the beach or a 5 minute bike ride! Whole Foods is a 5 min walk as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops right off Herondo. Approx 8 minute bike ride to Hermosa pier and 20 to Manhattan pier

There is a spare bedroom for any guests that may be visiting from out of town as well as a second living space upstairs as seen in the pictures for your couch or any other living space furnishings

About the other tenants:

One is a commercial real estate agent in Southern California and when he isn’t closing deals he’s surfing, biking, or playing volleyball on the strand. Also the proud dad of the sweetest Boston terrier who loves to watch a movie next to you

The other is an engineer in the local aerospace scene who enjoys the great outdoors in the true sense taking long camping trips and worldwide excursions to see the solar eclipse wherever it so happens to be that year. (Also has the best food recs)

Everyone stays clean and respects each others space ensuring shared spaces are ready for each others use or when having guests over

Also, this is a house of working professionals so quiet hours are a must during the week
