Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a large (3100sqft) home in Redondo Beach. The unfurnished room (12x12) is on the middle floor and features a closet with built-in shelving and lighting, a small built-in desk, and wired internet access. The dedicated full bath has a walk-in shower and built-in bench.

Overall the house is a four bed / four bath home, with a spacious living space, bonus game room and chef’s kitchen. The home is in from major streets, adjacent to a long running path (no neighbors on one side) and almost exactly 2 miles from the beach. LAX is 15 minutes away and we are nearby the 405 as well.

The house will be shared with my wife and I (35) and one other female friend (38). We work in very different industries- aerospace, health care, and sales and have all been in the South Bay for a long time. We love it here! The house dynamic is extremely positive, and we’ve hit a great balance between being social and giving people their privacy. We are professional, clean, and easy to get along with and we are looking for someone along the same lines. This space has become available because our previous roommate is moving to Germany.

Rent: $1,700 per month, including utilities and high-speed internet. One flat monthly payment.
Deposit: One month's rent.
Rental term: Month-to-month to start, with a preference for someone interested in staying longer term. This provides security on both sides in the unlikely event that there is a personality conflict.
