Hey everyone! My roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take the open room in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in North Redondo Beach.

The room is unfurnished and comes with its own private full bathroom and a large mirrored closet. The apartment is about an 8-minute drive from Hermosa Beach.

* Approximately $1,600/month total with utilities and high-speed internet
* Private garage parking spot
* EV charging available
* Extra garage storage
* Spacious living room and kitchen, willing to work with roommate to furnish living room
* 65-inch 4K TV
* Laundry directly downstairs
* Upstairs corner unit
* Available July 31
* Month-to-month lease, but ideally looking for someone who plans to stay around a year or longer
* New roommate will need to be approved and added to the lease
* Incoming roommate will reimburse the departing roommate for their share of the existing security deposit

A little about me: I’m 24, work remotely, and am clean, respectful, and easygoing. Outside of work, I like playing beach volleyball in Hermosa and Redondo, golfing, watching sports, and occasionally going out with friends on weekends. I’m happy to be social and include my roommate in plans, but I also respect personal space.
