Roommate Wanted in South Redondo Beach Apt

Hi!

I'm looking for a new roommate to replace my current one in our 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Redondo Beach near Prospect and Beryl Ave. The rent will be $1300 + utilities with total rent being $2800 per month. 1 year lease is required! The only utilities we pay for are electric and internet which averages about $75-$100 per person per month. Security Deposit of $1300 required as well as approved application, background check, and income verification from our property management company. Sorry, but no pets please. This will be available for move in by 09-01-26.

The apartment is located in a nice, residential neighborhood, conveniently located right across the street from Von's grocery store. The property only has 4 units total, so it doesn't have that "apartment complex" feel to it. We do have a small one-car garage which we will share for parking, though there is also street parking. (If you have a big vehicle, it will not fit sadly). Laundry room is on-site and coin operated.

The apartment is fully furnished, but the room available will NOT be furnished. The room itself is moderately sized, with a standard sized sliding door closet. We get great natural light throughout the whole apartment as the windows are East/West facing. The room available gets GREAT evening breeze! As stated previously, this is 1.5 bath so the main bathroom will only be shared with me for showering purposes and will otherwise be YOURS. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and plateware and has a dishwasher.

A little about me:
I'm a 32 year old single, gay male. I work a M-F 9 to 5 job as an Office Manager. During the week I have a pretty strict routine (work, gym, dinner, relax/bedtime). On the weekends, I love beach days, reading, movies, happy hours, restaurants, and hanging with friends. I'm very respectful of privacy and personal space. I do not party or have people over all the time. If I do, it's usually just one friend over for dinner and movie.
I am looking for something more long-term (minimum 1 year) as I plan to stay here for 2-3 years.
