I’m looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in my apartment. The room includes a private bathroom, and the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the beach! 🏝️

Apartment Details:
• Location: Redondo Beach
• Rent: $1,900/month
• Amenities: 1 parking spot, pool, jacuzzi, gym, rec room, laundry room
• Utilities + WiFi: Not included in rent
• Move-in: Mid-July

Looking for someone who is:
• Preferably a woman
• Responsible and pays rent on time
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Communicative and considerate
• Able to provide proof of income
• Is cat-friendly
