My grandma owns an apartment building in Redondo, and if I can find a roommate, I can move into one of the two bedrooms. I am a student at CSUDH. We would share the upstairs bathroom, and there is another half bath downstairs. There is a roof deck with an ocean view and a backyard patio. The utilities are included in the rent.
