To live, live by the sea. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Room for rent in a fantastic Redondo Beach location. One block away from the beach, Redondo Beach Pier, and veteran's park. One shared bathroom. Plenty of closet space throughout the unit. Charming 1900s bungalow converted into 4 units. Large backyard for entertaining and two porches for our unit. Also, I have a garage, if you need to store a few items. You also get two small fridges, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Plenty of street parking. Easy going male in 50's, been there 10+ years, looking for a clean, responsible and employed roommate. I am not much of a partier, work most of the time and enjoy the beach and volleyball. If you are a drinker/partier, play loud music, etc..., the place is not for you. It is a quiet, safe family neighborhood. Non-smokers preferred. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. All utilities included. Office desk, small desk, 6 drawer chest, bookshelf, bed and mattress also included in the room.
