Current tenant is in the master suite. Female, 43 years old. Professional and easy going. There is one 18 year old senior cat that stays in the master suite and roams into the living room every now and then. Preferred female tenant age range 30s-40s. All current three roommates are pretty much early to bed early risers during the week and out and about on the weekends. Everyone keeps their living space clean and maintained. Looking for somewhat similar lifestyle.
