1 Bedroom for Rent in Redondo Beach - Close to Bch

1 bedroom for rent in my 2-bedroom apartment in Redondo Beach, available as soon as needed. There is 1 bathroom that would be shared, but I am never home. The unit is located near the intersection of Broadway and Diamond and is VERY close to Redondo Beach Pier, Hermosa Beach and beach bike paths. Perfect location to watch the beach sunsets every day of the year!

I am looking for a roommate who is a professional and likes to keep the place clean. I prefer someone who likes to go out and socialize (as I do the same), but does not bring the party home, as this is a quiet, family-friendly complex and neighborhood. I work in the Bay Area, so I am rarely home. I typically come home about one weekend every other month, if that. You will essentially have the entire place to yourself, and at this price - it's a great deal, and fully furnished! I have lived here for a very long time, which is why the rent is low, and since I am currently not there as often, I would like to rent 1 bedroom out. The utilities (gas, electric, internet) are included in the rent price, and rent will be due no later than the 25th of each month.

I will be showing the unit between March 17th and 19th with prior arrangements via email, and possibly on the 20th.
