Roommate Wanted for a Primary Bedroom

Hi,

I'm looking for a roommate to fill the primary bedroom with private bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in South Redondo beach. Roommate wanted for primary bedroom with in-suite private bathroom which would be $1735/month, the bedroom is unfurnished. Street parking only for this room, there is street parking in front of the apartment complex. The pictures of the bedroom are the primary bedroom.

Female preferred, non-smoking, works full time outside of the apartment, clean, respectful, responsible, friendly, kind, good communication skills, and will not bring the party home and appreciates a peaceful place to call home. The total rent is $3295. This would be a year lease but hoping to find someone that prefers to be long-term renter. There is a security deposit I just do not know what that is yet.

I would have the smaller bedroom with bathroom ($1560/month) and the garage parking spot.

Owner pays for water and trash. Tenants responsible for electricity & internet.

FYI - Common area furniture is current tenants. Common area furniture will be needed as unit will not be furnished.

It should be noted the apartment is currently occupied, I've been in touch with realtor, current tenants are moving out on April 1st, so apartment should be available mid-late April or early May. Ideally would want to find a roommate before applying and we would both be on the lease.

The apartment is in a great location in South Redondo near the Hollywood Riviera! Just a 10 min walk or 5 min bike to the beach.
