I live in a residential area of Redondo Beach. My home is surly and light on hill so the views are lovely. The bedroom has a desk and queen bed and a large closet. There is an overhead fan. Drawers are in the closet as well as hanging space. The bathroom is for your use. It has a large shower and beautiful tile made by a friend of mine. We will share the kitchen and living room. I live here too and am happy to share my space with someone who is neat and respectful of the space. I have done airbnb for years and have great reviews. I am up early and out early most days. I go to bed early. I like the quiet mornings. I surf, paddle outrigger canoe, and tutor. I visit friends and also care for my 93 year old step mom about once a week. I have children and grandchildren who live around the country.
